Refer to the MeteorCalc’s "Program Options > Cables and Cable Markers". The user can set precision of cable length shown in dialog windows, in tables of specifications and on cable markers. New ability to change precision of cable length. Refer to the MeteorCalc’s "Program Options > General Settings" to define a new prefix. Since the version 2.14 the user can define any prefix of feeder name. New ability to change feeder names (prefix of feeder name). Updated scheme blocks with new attributes are available in a template file supplied with the MeteorCalc SL.

For details refer to the Help chapter > How to use MeteorCalc > Output > Scheme Blocks. Support of new attributes in scheme blocks to show data of electrical equipment (fuses and internal wiring).Ī scheme block can have new attributes for data of protection devices and internal wiring in street lighting poles. Tested in AutoCAD 2020 Tested in BricsCAD V18 Tested in GstarCAD 2019 For any new or editing street lighting unit data of previously described luminaires can be quickly inserted. New ability in the Data Library Now you can find and view data of all the luminaires used in your Data Library. New command "Links Manager" Now you can detect, check, change color or delete not only cable markers, but also blocks of calculation results. The following dialog-windows were completely rebuilt: "Power supply source data", "Street Lighting Unit Data" and "Power Cable Data". The new block is included in the template of the version 3.0. The "Startpoint" is a special object for connection to low-voltage distribution feeders modeled by the MeteorSpec-NETWORK software.

The MeteorCalc SL 3.0 and the partner software MeteorSpec-NETWORK can work as combined complex. Any junction of low-voltage distribution network simulated by the MeteorSpec-NETWORK software can be used as a power supply point of a street lighting cabinet designed by the MeteorCalc SL.Ĭalculations in the street lighting network will be performed taking into account all cable sections from the transformer of distribution network up to the estimated fault point in the street lighting feeder. Since the version 3.0 a distribution panel board may have two variants of a power supply source: a transformer or a startpoint. The new command supports all calculation points defined by the "End Point Calculation" command and by the "Feeder Power Sum" command.Ĭonnection with 0.4kV distribution networks. Now you can with one click recalculate all previously defined calculation points in a feeder. Tested in AutoCAD 2021 Tested in BricsCAD V20 Tested in GstarCAD 2020 Version 3.0 Cable formulas and cable cross-sections remain unchanged during cable type replacement. You can replace types for one or more cable sections at once.

Since the version 3.1 you can easily replace an unknown type with a similar cable type from the installed database. The dialog-window responds to such a conflict by showing object data in the read-only mode and indicates the "Unknown Cable Type" message. New opportunities in the "Power Cable Data" dialog-window If you open a drawing that contains a network model created in another regional standard, it is possible that the selected cable section has data assigned, but the description for such cable type is missing in the cable database installed for your location. New command MTR-SL-GET-EXAMPLE opens a dwg-example localized to the cable database installed for your location. New brief Help system "Getting Started" and new starting window "Welcome to MeteorCalc SL" will help beginners quickly learn the software.
